I am agree with your disagree because may be everyone is not in same environment. It's completely good to disagree and comment so other people may know other aspects also...

We also have a lot of family members that work at the same companies here. I've heard a lot of big city dwellers complain about it and don't believe it should be allowed, but there's really no avoiding it in places like this
