Unemployment is still a major concern both to families, government and concerned parties.The devastation and demolarizing effects accompanied with it cannot be overemphasized.While many sees it as a problem that cannot be solve, other sees it as a challenge to step up their skills and be better prepared for the real life.
While many youths are being caught up in this situation, others have either embraced entrepreneurship quickly or have networked their way to the top to have a greater comparative advantage.
Job search could be emotionally draining, challenging, difficult, time consuming, frustrating, depressing and to some they get tired of living.This is beacause the average graduate have bills to pay, need to feed, clothing expenses and quite a number of desires.When it seems as though these cannot be achieved, it makes them hopeless and sad, many have because of this resolved to stealing, robbering, fraud,scams and many other illegitimate ways to make ends meet.
Only a few maximized their opportunities while in school as an undergraduate.

- Job awareness should be increased
- Enterpreneurship support and financial support schemes should be made readily available by the goverment.
- Policies that can increase graduate skills and employability should be made available at all levels and should be sustained.
STRATEGIES FOR UNDERGRADUTES
Imporove your job search skills take free online courses on resume building, attend workshops and conferences, network more, maximize the use of Linkedln, volunteer for a cause or an organisation and most importantly pray.
STRATEGIES FOR RECENT GRADUATE
Does not really change.Just same as above, but take GMAT seriously. These are exams that allows you to take up graduate trainee positions in the work force.
One thing is sure, hardwork. Always remember that no pain, no gain.
