Drug War Stories 8: Caught in Colorado??

in #cannibis7 years ago

In March 2016 Pueblo County Police in Colorado raided this guy;s ops, involving five homes and 1,900 plants, supposedly with a street value of $.75 million. The human person was convicted of non compliance with arbtirary laws, despite not happening to murder, rape, steal from or injure another human being.

The convicted human received an especially harsh sentence due to previous run ins with Johnny Law. So despite the person not causing any victims society has chosen to put him in a box and further deprive him of his liberty—for doing things the Founders did? Didn’t Washington and Lincoln or other founding white men people point at to be revered grow or use dope??

The convicted pleaded guilty to conduct that didn’t harm anyone else. Society presumably now plans to kidnapp this individual—and upon his release—presuming he is a felon require him to notify and acknowledge such un touchable status in societie’s labor allocation system.

How interesting weed supposedly legal in Colorado, yet the state still putting humans behind bars for weed, yet people call that legal?? Depnds on the definition of is is right??

It's true bro loved your post. thanks for this incredible infomation

Thanks, hopefully we will be free someday and we end these terrible repressive interventions.

aint that just right. Illegal for people, legal for corporations. We as people need to put an end to the whole idea of Corporations having more rights than we do...

Yea hopefully we will get the state out of our lives and let people free to live however they want so long as they do not impinge upon others doing the same.

The whole low system is full of holes and non-logical facts.
System is never made to serve people it is made to serve business and defend government business.
Unless people start getting involved into these issues system is going to overtake people liberty further and further.

Yea they tried to steal the whole market in Ohio and we stopped them. Now the same klepotcrats are at it again. Hopefully steem helps create a new hope.

That "box" you speak of is actually a time machine. It takes the person inside of it back to a time when slavery was legal.

yep and it runs out the clock on their presumably limited time on this rock

Dude. He got busted for non compliance. The cannabis industry working unfortunately requires regulation. Without regulation, guys like this would be able to grow and sell whatever, while their neighbor is paying tens of thousands of dollars per year in licenses and permits in order to remain in compliance. This is why non compliance is an issue. It really does hurt people, and it steals from everyone. And come on. If you’re getting fucked with in Colorado, you’re going way overboard. Anyone here in Oregon can have 4 plants per household. Are there a lot of people with more like 10? Sure. And they almost never get in trouble for it. Does the occasional guy with 200 and no license occasionally get his plants taken away? Yeah. And he should. Laws aren’t the problem. Unfair ones are.

How does non compliance steal money from anyone? Why does the "cannabis industry working.... require[] regulation"? How is law fair that says what an adult can do? How does the government saying how many of anything you can have do anything but harm our liberty to be free?

I don't understand why you like being a slave so much and seem to dislike hearing it how things really are.

I know exactly how things are. That’s why I put years of my life into getting the laws passed in the place where I live. Now I can do whatever the fuck I want in peace. It just requires following a few rules. Regulation is required to allow the market to grow. Otherwise monopolization would be a much bigger issue. But it really isn’t in Oregon. Maybe if things are so shitty where you are you should move to Oregon. Things are fine here. And I’m a slave to no one.

I live in Colorado Springs, about 45 minutes north of Pueblo. People still get busted all the time, pot clubs get shut down, etc. Marijuana is legal here, but heavily regulated. In some ways it's almost more difficult to smoke in certain places, ironically.
