Making cannabis dabs is easy! All you need is quality ingredients, a heat press (you can get by with a hair straightener), and parchment paper.
The first step is starting with the right ingredients. Dabs carry their unique flavors well, so look for good smelling flowers with lots of crystals. Depending on the size of heat press you're using you'll need at least a gram of bud.
Next, heat up your press and place your bud in some parchment paper on the press. If you don't have a profession rosin press you can get away with using a hair straightener, but don't expect amazing results with this method. You can get a high-quality rosin press online for $200 and up.
Now press your material for 5-20 seconds. Generally, 150 pounds of pressure or more is needed to get a decent amount of rosin.
