Not true. Most provinces are not allowing citizens to grow cannabis at home. Within the provinces that will allow it, most cities will not allow it. Within the cities that allow it, most landlords, strata councils, and apartments will not allow it.
So most Canadians will no be allowed to grow it and many will face 14+ years in prison for doing so. :(
