I don't think most people realize that Marijuana is RECREATIONALLY legal is a handful of US States beacause of Petition Circulators......I remember working on the campaign 2 years ago and it finally is now going into effect. So all you pot smokers can thank yours truly for putting it on the ballot!!! :p
