One of my friends recently got a cancer. He's using the cannabis but it's a shitty one strain. Do you know what strain is the best in curing such illness and why. He changed in a month I don't know if it's a meta phase. But I would really like to help him. At least with the pains he is suffering from.

If not already, it has to be eaten. The strain is not as important as is perceived. In my experience and research, it's more important that the whole spectrum of what's in the plant be represented in the medicine. Check my profile, I have two recipes for very unique and sure fire way to get all the stuff in the plant into the medicine. The coconut oil infusion was the only thing that helped my friend with terrific post-chemo peripheral neuropathy pain.
