Actually, he admitted to breaking Florida statutes AND Interstate Commerce clauses by bringing Cannabis from Colorado to Florida. He and his wife ought to go to jail under the MANDATORY MINIMUM laws that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is calling for. I would expect him to remain in jail and under the standard treatments for his medical conditions. That would be much more fitting.

It's ironic that the interstate trade clause is intended to keep trade open in the face of State prohibitions, but is of course instead used to restrict trade.
