icmag.com has a lot of growers in the UK. Hop on over there and start reading. :D
Also do a search for "Ask Lucas" and read the entire thread a hundred or two hundred times. There are gold nuggets of information in that thread. Combined with how cannabis is an accumulator (look up hyperaccumulator and phytoremediation), you'll be way ahead of most growers in no time. :)
