Arkansas is just getting its medical cannabis program rolling. Patients can now apply for cards with their doctor's written certification that they suffer from one of the listed conditions. Cards will go out about 30 days before product is available, which is estimated at early 2018. Watching the cannabis snowball grow over the past years has been very interesting to watch. The federal government is out of step with the will of the people.
