Victimless crimes is weaksauce. I personally don't condone smoking the devil's lettuce (did for 13 years) but this is not a crime! A crime has to involve an injured party, the state cannot act as the victim in this case. You should be able to buy crack at Whole Foods if you wanted to, as long as you do no harm to others. I expect this shit from Cali, not Texas.
