If it's Govt weed, I wouldn't start at good and scale up lol. I'd rank it more like: Kill you now (worst), kill you later, disgusting and unenjoyable, mostly filler but luckily not poison (best). And then I'd have to add the taxes and fees and taxes on fees, etc.
