Hi @mike949, I replied to your post on Facebook (Team Steemit) in which you clearly say that you are building a "TEAM" of 50 members. You also talked that there will be a "PLATFORM" and that it would take a few minutes a day.
I asked you for more information and you sent me a link to this post. I read it 3 times and I'm sorry to tell you but you're going wrong everything !!

1st You talked about 50 members but now I read this post is NOT TRUE, it's open to everyone, you're calling everyone, not just 50.

2nd you said that there will be a "PLATFORM" and that it takes a few minutes a day. I do not see what is the "PLATFORM" I see only STEEMIT

3rd, you asked who wanted to be part of your "TEAM". explain to me what is your "TEAM"?

MY OPINION: you're new on STEEMIT, you've got 25 of reputation and you've been here for 1 month, you still do not understand its functioning and its potential

Steemit was created to give value to posts with original content, to those who write beautiful things, serious things, who share something useful, and then reward them

You are proposing FOLLOW / FOLLOW. I think this thing is ugly, “I follow you if you follow me and you vote if you vote”. What???

Could be “I follow you because I like what you share, I put a vote because the content of your post is good and you deserve it”.

MY ADVICE: let go yourself !!!
Do not care how many followers you have (it is not important to have many)
Do not care the upvote (if you are not voted, go ahead with your ideas but do not go to exchange favor for favor, vote for vote, follow for follow)

Post what you want what you like, what makes you happy. (not that will give you more votes or more followers)
