The Camp Chef griddle is just that with a removable flat top and regular grill underneath. It's ideal for cooking pretty much anything on. Since there's ample room pork steaks are easy to place and turn. I've done sirloins on it, also, and those have turned out just as well. One trick with those is to use some Weber, Chicago Steak seasoning which really adds flavor. The raised sides and back make it convenient to press with hot dogs and bratwursts to cook all sides evenly. Overall, a great, versatile, griddle and grill.
