I can't believe no-one's upvoted this or commented on it.

That's awesome man, well done!

I'm still working on regaining my Planche, I let it slip after a back injury last year. I'm closing in on it but it will probably take me another few months.

I never got to the point where I could do Planche pushups though.

How long did it take you to get to the stage where you could do that ?

I'm following you and I'll upvote you tomorrow when my steem regenerates so you get the full value of my upvote. I'll re-steem your post too.

Maybe there aren't enough people here with the grounding to comprehend the difficulty of what you did in the video and the dedication it takes to get there.

Man thank you so much for this! your comment gave me chills :D

I've never been working on that in an active way. I just tried many handstand variations and in time I goeeper and deeper until I made a planche. so I learned it in a reverse way. and when I recogniced that I'm about to learn a f*cking hard move, I put a bit more focus on it. starting with straddled or stubborn legs.

all in all it took me like 4 or 5 years i guess.

thank you very much for your appreciation dude!
I'll check out your channel, maybe theres some interesting content too:)
