Did you put any research into your post?

Current drop in GBYTE price has nothing to do with the airdrop, the airdrop started 25 days ago on 12th June.
People were able to spend only 50% of the airdrop because another 50% is vesting in smart-contract and most of the spendable Bytes were probably cashed out during first 2 weeks (you can see increase of volume around 17th June).
Also, most of the attestations (45 000) happened during the first 2 weeks during which the price of GBYTE was actually going up. Price was even going up on 29th June when 50 000 Steemians had attested their account.
It has been only past week when the price has going down, during which 8000 more out of 58 000 have attested and it has nothing to do with the airdrop because the all crypto markets have been going down during past week.
