I'm always looking for photo contests, and I was "streeming away" (my new version for web-surfing) and found a post from @sandzat entering a #bwphotocontest by @daveks sponsored by @papa-pepper.
Sandzat, your entry inspired me, so I'm putting one up of my own. (I'm new here, so hopefully that's ok and in the spirit of competition) Maybe our crocodiles are buddies. There was actually a TON of them just "out in the wild". I shot mine in Costa Rica. (unfortunately I didn't have my 4Ti that day)
Cheers to all of you that make this place great.

great shot, im curious to see it in full colour
the funny thing is the water was murky, and so where they. It was the color of dust brown. Although saying that, you are making me want to go shoot the most colorful jungle safari with lime green snakes and bright yellow birds. 🐍
please do! id love to see the colours!
Pretty close up for me! I've seen some fresh-water crocks hangin' around here in Florida where I live. Makes me think twice about kayaking in the summertime now! Cool shot & welcome to Steemit! Get in the SWIM! (or wade close to the shore! :-)
Ya, that's kinda creepy thinking about that. Those crocs will eat you up and not think twice. I think I'll keep sticking to the zooooom lens to get near these guys. Thanks for the welcome man. Also - you live in FL, but you have a TX logo? Are you from TX?
A Texan transplant. Born in Corpus but kept movin' all my life... See more that way until a croc gets me!
Cool man. My buddy lived in Dallas for a while and I went to visit. Dallas made Georgia-heat feel like a cool breeze. Stay away from those crocs in FL and TX
Excellent post dear friend @ joe01 congratulations on the amazing image you have captured, I must admit that it is impractical, I am a fan of the animals in general I like the images, thank you very much for this beautiful photograph
Thanks nano2nd. Is there a nano1st?
