I think so, it says above that only the first 3 entries will be considered.

If you click on some of the links others have posted, you'll find some of them have made a post with all 3 photos in it. I'm not that organised : )

Hey @daveks could you clarify How the submission rules work. I think the one I've cited below has some people confused - Or maybe I am the one who is confused.

So are 99% people here wasting their time- Because there were more than 3 photos submitted within the first few hours (mine included) - or did you mean only the first 3 submission from each person will be considered.

Also can one person claim all three of the "eligible entries" positions?

That would be only the first 3 submissions per person. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place and 5 Honourable Mentions. Technically one person could win all 3, but that has never happened.
