Whatever thier color turns out, these little insects are still look beautiful. Most important is they're not only beautifies our environment but they're also offers big role on our ecosystem.

Usual complimentary messages doesn't seems to be suitable here. Those are some mind blogging snaps as we know how difficult it would to catch even a single photo..Really wondering how you managed all especially the on sitting on the finger.
You might had spent hours and hours to capture such perfect snaps. Even the legs are visible clearly in few of the photos..

Wow, I had no idea they could alternate markings and coloring over generations like that. Nature is amazing. I wonder. Do they migrate like the Monarch. It could be that the markins have adapted to fit into different environments. Or perhaps it is the food they eat and different times of year. Do the generations occur within the same year at different seasons or do both markings appear at the same time. I would guess that one of these questions would help us get to the bottom of the difference.

This kind of butterfly is not migration type. Orange-red version ie. 1 generation appear in early spring in March, while 2 generation (black version) appear in June. What is the cause for such drastic change I really don't know yet, but I will find it out soon or later! Thank you! :)

I know that butterflies are subjects known just for the possible rapidity of evolution in a few generations (they do it for adaptation to the environment and the change for them consists in changing the color of their wings), of course such a fast I never felt it !! maybe you made an exceptional discovery !! but are you sure it's just the same butterfly ?? by the way beautiful photos !!

Thank you @erikah! :) I probably made over 10 thousands photos of butterflies till now, but I everyday spend a lot of my time in nature. At the beginning it was so hard to get close to them, but now after years of practice it's much more easier! :)
