That sounds like a pretty cool scooter. Certain parts of the world, you'd have to watch your back on one of those. According to the news, anyway. I like the idea of rechargeable electric vehicles, though. It makes sense, especially when many people only go to and from the same (relatively) nearby locations repeatedly, such as home to work and back or home to school and back.
