Buenas tardes comunidad, de vuelta para compartir mis recetas. Por acá les dejo este pan de queso, ideal para degustar en el desayuno o cena.
Ingredientes:
1 kilo de harina
12 grs de levadura
60 grs de mantequilla
60 grs de manteca
1/2 litro de agua tibia
30 grs de azúcar
10 grs de sal
1/4 taza de leche líquida
Disolver la levadura en 1 taza de agua tibia y una cucharada de azúcar, dejar fermentar por 10 minutos. Hacer un volcán con la harina, colocar en el borde externo la sal y en centro el resto de los ingredientes; integrar y amasar. una vez que está formado el paston se le agrega la leche y continúa amasando. Sobar, dejar reposar 30 min. Desgasificar. Estirar, pintar con mantequilla, agregar queso . Enrollar . Antes de meter al horno barnizar con mezcla de leche y huevo. Llevar al horno a 200 C.
