Depending on time-zones and what you were able to access after the chain freeze today is day six as the Steem Community tries to find a new normal after HF21/22.

I've seen some smaller accounts cheering and saying they are receiving more organic votes than ever before and some are still feeling the pain. Yesterday I saw some celebrating and today I've even seen one "Rage Quit". I don't pretend to have an extensive view of all the reactions, but I do want to say, most of us haven't adjusted to a new normal yet and neither has the blockchain. Many of the blockchain's calculations are built on averages over time and since tomorrow will be the first payouts after we have adjusted back up to normal use levels, the blockchain and most of us users have not adjusted yet.

While I fully acknowledge that if you have been using Steem as income or even supplemental income these are stressful times, I also want to say, most are still experimenting with their activity and votes to see what the changes actually mean to us.
And again, the blockchain hasn't had time to react to any behavior changes.
The following statistical graphs are from @arcange's stats posted today. You can find them here.

The above graph is 30 days of active and unique users and you can see the usage has returned to prefork levels with a clear dip while the chain was frozen.
Our monthly averages are still on a downtrend:

Which seems to be trending mostly with price and I am sure was a bit impacted by the downtime.
In discord and other conversations,I still see people attempting to figure out what types of activity are good and bad for their posts, earning, curation efforts.

In this graph, it looks like after the freeze we quickly resumed normal prefork activity.
It's too soon to tell, however, if you know or are a legitimate content creator who is struggling to adapt to the changes, link me a before and after post in the comments below so we can consider finding support for those who may be challenged.
I continue to feel our community is the most important asset we have and that having a group of social landing pages to help people get involved in crypto is one of our strongest assets.
What I know for sure. Bidbot usage is way down and downvoting is up. In theory that should be good for the average content creator.
Be patient, don't panic... behavior and the blockchain are still adjusting.

@whatsup,
I don't care anything anymore and have no idea to do posting like I did before. Rage quite? of course not, planning something bigger than this!

i am doing ok this post hf days. mostly because of 3speak and oracle-d (think they have lacak of content to upvote :D) my smaller, 1 photo, short info about it, posts will be earning at least half of what they did. (not enough info to really tell) we will see.
I'm glad things are going well. I'm happy to see you just giving things a try.
I can't complain about payouts on post with this hardfork. I never stayed always posting interesting articles to keep a following where payout were good. But I have enjoyed gaining more with curation rewards.Organic is good, not leaving anytime soon!
Glad to hear it.
Waiting to see what will happen. I have been lurking here but I am now constantly around. Not necessarily because of the #newsteem or what but because I have always intended to be around but my health and real life complications ate away my time.
We keep the fight 🔛⬆️
It's too soon to tell for sure, but I think it could be really good for those who stay
Staying for good :)

WHAT!?!?!?!? ME... PANIC!?!?!?!?
I'm NOT panicking...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:>OI'm...nice and calm…Seeeeeeeeeee….?
:>)
Hang in there... hahaha
You too @whatsup … glad I gave you a laugh :>)
Earnings as expected had been way down for me. Curation is limited so I can't get much out of my voting power @whatsup considering being of "Dolphin status." If price of steem continues to decline it just means that the big stake holders that benefited this hardfork that most is now given the added capacity to put more sell pressure to steem.
I wasn't a fan of the idea, but now they are in place... I am a fan of allowing the blockchain and the behavior to adjust. Glad you are here, speaking your mind and giving it a try despite being disappointed.
For second I thought the #NewSteem wasn't good until I got schooled by fellow Steemians on it's beauty, now I'm confident it will bring the required change. Even though it's hitting hard on us Minnows 😢
It looks like rewards might be trending up.
Still kinda early.
slowly sips tea :)
What flavor
amber tea from the garden! :)
Great Post buddy! I really love your composition on the subject matter!
But there's something I discovered recently and I will love steemit Officials to address it urgently.
A lot of people are abusing the downvote.

What is an abusive flag.
Some people just votedown a post for no just reason, that's what I mean. I believe the platform is created to reward and encourage content Creator's but some they don't even read great and good posts all they are after is leave negative feedback and leave. Which is not best for the growth of the platform.

Some people are going to like what they see and others aren't. Some are using their downvotes on opinions while, I don't approve hopefully the best content will find some support and move forward.
Sure you are right @whatsup we cannot Please everyone at the same time, we just got to move on!
