Good question! I think maybe for me happiness is a decision... I plan on having a good day - bad things can happen, but if I have made the decision to have a good day, the bad things are just a "bump in the road".

But really in the end happiness comes from knowing that God loves me, and it doesn't matter if nobody else in the world does! That gives me confidence when I start to feel uncertain or alone. Knowing that makes it possible for me to decide to have a good day no matter what happens!
