We have been losing minnows lately, but have gained orcas and dolphins. The new curation regime is getting rewards to more people, but it needs to reach down to the smaller accounts. I am sure fine if the curation projects are seeking out undervalued content. It's interesting that some of the biggest self-serving accounts are changing their ways. They can still eared by curating others. Steem will never be perfect, but it's going in a good direction just now.

They can earn MORE if they vote for smaller post payouts. Hopefully they will soon see this and get with the program.
I will keep pushing this as much as I can, @steevc. They want to "onboard the masses" but without programs like yours, those masses will just keep dying. When we lose a lot of the people with 100-1000 sp and gain those with 15 sp - now what?
I'm so devastated by the losses, that I find it hard to keep going myself. This is why I am posting positive news - for my own mental health.
I'm an optimist, but my patience has been tested. We need shirt of marketing campaign even if it just targets some particular niche. If people let me know about new users then I'll check them out, but I don't always find time to seek them myself.
I've been asking for names and accounts, but I haven't yet seen any that are fairly new, creating high-quality content and struggling.
When we crack down on abuse it only makes sense that we lose some abusers.
Also I see us losing some who thought they could just post to earn, but didn't realize they had to develop an audience.
You can go through all of the places I linked above and find excellent posts paying out less than $1 now, @whatsup. This is why I am giving you these pre-curated lists.
Have you visited any of them yet? While looking at the specific posts, you can also click to their blog feed to see how they do in general.
I do not have time to deliver random posts to random big accounts at this time. This is why I am posting lists of people who curate.
Since they all come to you and are all struggling I just hope to reach them here, as I am sure they all follow you.
They can self identify, or head to some discords where there is a proven track record of getting redfish launched.
Yes, they follow me. Those that are trying are trying. Many from other countries or with poor wifi cannot access discord at all.
If you are asking small blogs to come beg you for votes @whatsup, I do not think that is the best idea. But theycallmedan and some others do weekly posts where they ask people to drop good post links and MAYBE they will vote them. I generally find that to be a waste of time as the vote rarely comes. Much better to look at pre-curated posts like I have listed above.
My effort is to get people with high power like you to support smaller blogs without anyone spending all day on the task.
Please write a post about the places you know with proven track records. I will definitely investigate and recommend anything if I am not already doing so.
Well, if the whole thing is impacting your mental health I was just offering up some other places to send these folks.
