Be strategic!
Always be sure to have your plan at hand. Always be ready to take action on your plan. Always be available to make changes and to adapt your plan at any given moment. And most important of all, never let them see you coming.
Make your moves and do them privately, telegraphing what you’re going to do is not usually a good thing in many circumstances. Get your stuff done and move along.
