Thanks for posting this. I have two questions:

  1. What procedure can I follow to create a new account for a friend?
  2. What is the minimum SP to make a viable account, that is, an account that can post, comment, and vote a few times a day?

    1. I asked the programmer who figured it out to give me a step by step way to do it. Honestly, I havent the slightest idea personally.
    2. I dont know the answer to that but it doesnt matter since it is changing. The latest update which will go through in the next 12-24 hours increases the RC rate by a factor of 10 which will give smaller accounts the resource they need to interact on here.
