Mid-January is just the beginning of winter %)

This winter breaks stereotypes and tests the psychological strength of the Russian European part of Russia. Only the third Old New Year the weather was generous and gave my little Kursk a very small snow.

Its so small that green leaves of grass can be seen.

And even the slow river Sejm has just started to become covered with ice

In places where the flow of the river is more rapid - ice can be seen only off the coast.
