Capitalism doesn't promote gassing. Instead there is exile and for violent criminals, quarantine(imprisonment). Also there are fines for damages caused. This is how free market justice operate. We don't gas the scum. We simply throw them out and let them fend for themselves. We a civilized than those killers who has a portfolio of 9 digit death count including the WWII and 40-100 million deaths under Mao in China. (The commies were so bad even finding proper documentations is so hard and hence the 60 million death count difference in the possible Max and Min)
