Thanks @charles1 for all this info. I have joined steemit just 4 days ago, when I was introduced to it by a new friend that I met online (business client). He told me something about EOS, steem and how awesome all this is. He stirred my curiousity and here I am! I can already see the great potential of steem, I'm not interested in much more riskier options like BTC etc. This is my first real encouter with crypto and I think (strongly hope) that this was the right entry at still the right time. ;)
