Personally I would curate art and creative work as I understand it well, the effort it takes, and I'm pretty good at spotting plagarism. I would upvote differently from how I do right now, so no comment upvotes and short posts. I would upvote posts with quality, process and only if long enough. My current votes are very small so I don't have to be so picky. :)
