First, there must be some kind of AI that will sort if your post or comment has value or importance as this will really discriminate people by their answer and not by reputation. Each individual has unique reply to a post and it is not dependent of reputation though reputation can be used as a basis but in the end this will discourage people to post and reply their comments.

Maybe the least you can sort is typical reply to post like short messages, thanks you messages but even short messages has meaningful meaning that triggers or inspire more valueable posts.

How about sort post in relation to topics so you can get the most relevant comments and answer. This can be done by filter dialog/ button.
