LEARN TO PREPARE COOKIES 3,2,1 IN JUST A FEW MINUTES

Nowadays we can not miss a piece of candy at our tables but as the situation has become a bit tight or maybe due to lack of time we do not devote time to the preparation of homemade desserts, so we prefer to go out and buy sweets on the street and even if they are fast are not healthy at all and are very expensive so we do not realize that instead of doing them ourselves in this way we can save much more money and how healthy they can be.

In the tasks I have taken the task of simply making some cookies to eat accompanied by a good coffee with milk so I do a good amount for all the afternoon and have them ready just to snack and the best thing of all is that I only use 3 ingredients and they are very good. Maybe that's why they call it Galletas 1,2,3

INGREDIENTS:

300gr of Wheat flour
200gr of Butter
100gr of Sugar

PROCESS

FIRST

We will mix the 200gr of butter plus the 100gr sugar until both are united very well and that this color of the butter is lighter than the original this will make the butter lighter and the cookies are softer, then add the flour wheat until obtaining a manageable dough.

SECOND

Then e have our mass ready with a roller we will flatten the dough without too thin to avoid that after arles form and cut them break the moment to take them off.

THIRD

Once we have cut our cookies, we place them in our tray on top of non-stick paper or we can add a little flour to avoid them sticking after being in the oven. I added a little sugar on them to give them a different touch but you can add what you like most remember that this is to everyone's taste.

FOURTH

Take your cookies to the oven for 15 minutes at 350º and wait for them to brown a little, and after this time they will be completely ready to be served. Remember to let them cool for a better taste.
