I've been wanting to test out busy.org for a little while now, and decided to do it with my first Black & White post (there you go @folken). Usually I like to shoot in colour - but sometimes B&W just makes everything a bit more emotive. A mundane moment can be something a little more beautiful.
Well without further ado....
1. The posting interface
Everything feels a little easier. There's a bunch of nice little touches, like word count and the sorta wysiwyg editor makes things really nice to use, even showing you your voting power. I'll be testing it on my ipad pro soon....I'll let you know how that goes.
Drafts
I wish the interface was a little clearer about how to use this. However, if you won't lose your post which is really nice. All you have to do is leave the page, and it'll save it to a drafts folder under your icon in the top right of the interface. Really really useful - I can see even using it to pre-draft posts.
Hey @busy.org - add a save button will ya :)
Discovering people
It's the first example I've seen of making it easier to find like minded people. It's not perfect by a long shot - but at least they tried. I'd like to see more of this added to steemit, as I've written about before.
All in all - really nice
For some reason just writing this post in the busy environment, just felt a little better. Sorry Steemit I might be switching over...I'll try a couple more before I make a call.
Obviously these pictures had nothing at all to do with the post....but I hope you enjoyed them anyway. There's nothing saying I have to have a story for every picture :) Also a huge shout out to the devs who work on Busy.org...it's a crazy amount of work to pull something like this off. And you've done a great job.
Can't wait to see what comes next.

I have read your writing, yes it is writing with no picture hooks, but your writing is pretty good. . . .
I want to ask where is the steemit difference with busy? Which is easier and most efficient to use?
thank you
i used to think the tag "busy" are for ppl who are literally busy.. silly me. I nvr use busy.org but i do hope there is a function that allows us to change the style of Fonts. It could make my blog posts looked a bit fancier.
Well, even though your pictures has nothing to do with the post, I do enjoy every frame you posted.
Not the style of the fonts...but it does make it easier to size them.
I got excited about busy when I saw it had a place to put drafts as well as create a signature for the footer. Alas the signature only appears on busy - not on steemit itself. So I kind of cooled off on it. But it is a great interface and the slider for steem power (if i ever get some of that!) Nice BW by the way :-)
Thank you. Yeah - the signature doesn't really work...but other than that it's pretty darn good.
I also like steemify app for getting announcements of responses and follower notices.
I love your bw photos today....very clean and sharp....esp the first two, maybe bc I'm hungry or tired and think I'm hungry :) I wonder if there is a word for that like their is for hangry.
I tried busy a while ago when Steemit was under attack. I wasn't thrilled with it....maybe it's changed for the better. I'll take a look and see.
Nice job of reviewing. Thanks for the addition of your photo skills as well.
Ahah excellent! How to enjoy a post, that has nothing in common with B&W pictures, by just add some nice shot!
B&W always add some drama to the pictures. Love that!
Well, I've tried it. I like it except for going back and forth between Steem. The interface isn't complete and I end up logging in someplace 8 times per day. Other than that it seems good.
I might have guessed that your 'eye' would translate to B&W. I shot miles of B&W back in the day and have always liked the medium. Thanks for these!
