Take the pen and, for half an hour, write everything that goes through our heads. It does not matter if they are disconnected or meaningless sentences. We can also draw, make lists of everything we can think of or write down random words.
Although it sounds crazy, it will serve us to put our ideas in order and to know our most intimate feelings. This is a great way to get to know each other better and dive into our own psyche.
"To write is to repair the fundamental wound, the tear. Because we are all hurt. "

One of the biggest things that concern me is how my eating affects my psyche. I've noticed when I eat grains especially gluten, corn and rice I go into a strange mental state where I become needy and compulsive. Going to a ketogenic/paleo diet has ended my mood swings and vertigo.
I easily jump around different places so focusing is important to me so I work on ways to increase my attention and ability to live deliberately.
@richboybd30
nicely described, thank you for your consistency .
A simple yet great idea. Thank you. I am new here so I am going to get a notebook to do just this...write down all my ideas. Thanks again.
