The Teide National Park is organized around the cirque of Las Cañadas, a spectacular volcanic cone collapsed at more than 2,000 m altitude and dominated in the north by the peak of Teide (3,718 m). A ridge of lava rocks, cleared by erosion and called Los Roques, stands in its center. Not far from there, the rocks of Los Azulejos are covered with copper oxide with blue-green reflections. An exceptional natural area to discover on foot ... with great caution!
