Took a stroll to the accident and emergency
Actually just passing by to learn last minute tricks for exams and relish the last few hours of freedom, before the days of none come(House Job).
In drove a van, then another and yet another.
Lifeless bodies , mangled, having bumped up and down in the gallops that characterise our roads from two villages.
What was the cause for all the rancour?

In 2017 scores of soldiers were sent to the East, IPOB were declared as terrorists and the python dance was borne.
However the cries and wails have been rising and keep rising and yet nothing is said, no declarations
No not even in a mention in the Presidential speech I have never watched and doubt if I'd ever watch one of "the speeches" and no don't get me wrong, I'm an ardent lover of political leaders speeches on issues especially during crises and save for work, I can drop all else to hear Netanyahu or even Trump speak, and should I miss I always, always without fail, Google the speeches, but no I never bother with Nigerian speeches especially those coming from..........
And so Benue State University Teaching Hospital Morgue is full
Among those there a two year old, his mother and an unborn sibling.
And the cries are so near home, with a cleaner coming to my room this morning wailing, having lost a brother who just finished youth service and came home for the holidays, a families hope gone ,why?
The Herds Men.
