You have a golden heart. I thought it will be a heartbreaking story after the first part but then you made me smile with her getting better. I like that you were persistent and didn't even think of simply waiting for her to die. You were looking for treatments and eventually found something as simple as the lemon juice. I will definitely remember this magical medicine.
I didn't know that there was such an illness caused by rusty roof. I'm sorry to hear that birds have to suffer because of such things.
