Okay... on here it allows me to choose what % of an upvote I'm giving? I still haven't gotten to that part yet. Wtf? Do I only have a certain amount of votes I can give, or a certain amount per day? SHOULD I be choosy about my %s? Cause... it feels kinda 'backhanded compliment'y to give someone 50% of .001 😅
