When it comes to providing a service, there is a factor that is decisive for the satisfaction of the person who receives it and that will have an impact on the evaluation that will be made at the end.
Although the result is unknown, when a user or client requests a service the minimum that he expects is that this service is realized. But the level of satisfaction and assessment will depend on other factors and to a large extent on how much was offered and how much was fulfilled. The greater the promise, the greater the expectation that will be created for the receiver.

A technique widely used by vendors or servers is to show the benefits or features that highlight the product or service progressively. This manages the expectation in a synchronized and provisional way, however, this must be maintained in time because otherwise the disappointment will be greater.

So do not forget friends, when they offer a product or service do not promise more than they can give, highlight the benefits without hiding or lying about the limitations of it. This way they can control the expectation.
