Ingredientes
250 gramos de pulpo precocido
250 gramos de corbatas u otra pasta corta
1 pimenton rojo grande
1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva o vegetal
1 cucharadita de cilantro picado
Aderezo
1 taza de mayonesa
½ de aceitunas negras sin pepas
1 cucharadita de jugo de limón exprimido con la mano
sal
Preparación
Corte el pulpo en láminas,cocine la pasta al dente y déjela enfriar. Combínela con el aceite. Ponga a soasar el pimentón, pelelo, quítele las venas y semillas y cortelo en tiras delgadas.
Para el aderezo, licue las aceitunas, mezclelas con la mayonesa el jugo de limón y condimente con sal al gusto. Disponga en una ensaladera la pasta, el pulpo y el pimenton.Añada el aderezo y decore con el cilantro.
