I watched the notebook for the 6th time! And I want you to share with you awesome lessons from it ❤

I watched the notebook again! Awesome movie isn't it? And no, I didn't watch it because Valentine's day is around the corner, it's a beautiful movie that's why plus, I didn't cry. There are five awesome things to learn from this movie and I want to share with you.

1. Always Communicate: Communication is key to any relationship be it friendship or a romantic relationship or your relationship with your family. Always talk about it, whatever it is. It doesn't hurt to OR maybe it does but it'll be worth in the end.
2. Trust your instincts : Follow your heart, trust your instincts. Like my mother would say "follow your inner man even when everyone thinks you are stupid, trust your heart". Allie would have gone with Lon and gotten the security she needed. The money was going to be there and her parents would have been thrilled but she chose to be with Noah. Sometimes, our head doesn't function like we want it to and everyone may call you names, but do what is good for you.
3. It's the little memories that matter : Remember the Billie Holiday song in the movie? I'll be seeing you?
   "I'll be seeing you
   In all the old familiar places
   That this heart of mine embraces
   All day and through
   In that small cafe
   The park across the way
   The children's carousel
   The chestnut trees
   The wishing well"....
   She didn't mention the big fancy restaurant or the Gift shop or the Boutique... Lol. It's the small things that give us the biggest memories you see. Find your joy in the smallest things. Dance in the middle of the street like Allie and Noah, dance in the rain, walk, sing to yourself. The most beautiful memories come from the smallest and most insignificant things.

4. Don't give up on people you love : No matter what happens, never give up on who or what you love. You wouldn't throw yourself away if you fell into a ditch, would you? Don't throw away or neglect people you love even if you can't get through to them. Keep trying, you never know when it'll fall in place. Noah didn't stop loving Allie, didn't stop writing for a year. It may not be easy but it'll definitely be worth it in the end.
5. Go for it : Don't just stay there and think it'll come around, reach for it! If you love someone, you fight for that person. Noah didn't give up after the first No, lol. Eventually she said yes. Never be afraid to go for whatever you really really want to. It doesn't hurt to try.

Fall in love, at least once in your life. It doesn't hurt to feel for once. Love is really a beautiful thing if you find that someone.
