If you have received such massage especially when your network turned off suddenly it quite unfortunate and sad for some reason when you are ready to do something very important on the website.
Some messages like ...
"Ufff... Is it just me or is everyone installing apps at the same time?"
Then you try to retry the process again and again it seem to be the same message.
This damage will always looks in a such manner that a building is uncompleted.
