I really think the focus should start with the non-crypto people. They are the user base that we need to make this thing a viable option for regular social media users. Fairly often, people ask me if I am on Facebook. I say no but that I'm on Steemit. Then, I must, without fail, explain what Steemit is. That can't be the case if we want to have a chance of stealing users away from bigger platforms. The crypto people will come or come back when they see that there is new money to be made here.

I could be wrong though.
