50 percent of health depends on our lifestyle, mood, and the ability to enjoy what's happening here and now. But man is such a creature: he does not appreciate what he has and is missing what he has not, he is worried about the future and is thinking about the past.
When we work, we dream of holidays; when we travel, we are tormented by the thoughts about the growing workload. Buddhism calls this "monkey thinking" - we do not appreciate this moment and dance from thought to thought as a monkey from one branch to another. And the present remains in the second plan, although the future depends on it and what will become the past.
Do not think about what will happen. Think about how great you feel NOW.
"What the nice place, I would love to come back".
Much effort is needed to convince a person that he is here already and would better enjoy this moment instead of planning a future visit that may not be available.
