Business vs job# the big debate that we all have...

There is a strong debate in today era about what is good business or job. Everyone has there own point about business and job and according to them what is good. Everyone has there own preferences, about what they have to do business or job and what they are comfortable with.
I am here to share my point of view about the business perspective and also job perspective. What is my take on both will like to tell in details.
I was born in a business family. My father from his early age started doing his own business and is successful. As we started the topic of business so lets start first talking about business. Doing business is not ever one cup of tea because it require lots of skill and also many quality in one person. We will start our own business sound very cool but belive me it's not. While starting your own business leads to many responsibility on your shoulders because your sucess or failure not only affect your family but also people working around with you and their family also get affected in many ways. For eg: vijay mallaya a businessman from india who ran away because he was not able to pay the debt of bank, leave all that everyone's from india knows that but that's not the point, the point is he started a kingfisher airlines in starting the airline was a big hit everthing was going great for few year but slowly slowly the airline company started getting into loss due to that staff member working in that airline were not able to get payment on time and because of that the family member were very much affected. And finally due to loss the airline company was stopped but the member working in the airlines were affected for many year because salary of worker were not given for years because of that they were highly affected. This is big example how your worker can also get affected with your failure. Doing business is a very responsible job if you have the quality of taking the responsibility, leadership, management of people, taking right and quick decisions on time, managing stress level and setting yourself as a role model is the key because everyone looks towards leader, so its your duty to set a high standard so that everyone else can follow.
Doing business can be very unpredictable time and situation changes continuously, up and down is the part of business so you should be mentally prepare for that, so if you are person who want stability in your life and don't want any unpredictability then i think you should not do business. Business is like a two sword thing there is negative and positive aspects about it so it's upto you to which aspect do you look. From my point of view if you are happy doing business or jobs and you are statisfied about it then that's the key to success in your life because you are happy in what you are doing.
Lets talk about jobs what are my taught are on it. How i see job in today's senerio and what was the situation in past. So i come to conclusion that their is huge difference in salary package. The jobs which you are doing today in say 15000 salary the same job with same amount of qualification person was getting more 15 years back. How this is possible, it was possible because of high demand and less supply. So directly their demand increases because of low supply. For eg: lets say if you were a engineer 15 years or 10 years back you would have got very good salary package as compared to now, because in today's senerio the supply is more and demand is less so directly their is high competition for a single job so in order to get a job people are ready to do it in low salary,because if he will not grab the opportunity then other will happily do. you would have seen mba, engineers, graduates are apllying for the job of clerk, swipper, why this is happening because they are not getting jobs in their feild. The reality is their is high scarcity in job creation in India. In fact employee are being removed because company are facing loss in their business and they can not effort large numbers of employee. This is today's reality about jobs in india. So what conclusion we come to i think if you are getting paid well then you should do a job. And if you want to do business then you should get full knowledge about your feild and go ahead to start a business. Their is struggle in both the feild but if you are ready to do hardwork then you will definitely lead to success in your feild in long run.
