Yeah, I'll admit I'm curious about whether Facebook can be used to advertise content that I'd otherwise try and promote to my LinkedIn connections.
Like if you go back as early as 5 years ago, most of the corporates I work with would swear up and down that they'd never get on Facebook.
Now, if they want to see photos of all their grandkids, they have to be there. Or, the people that are my age have all grown up on Facebook, and are now in decision making roles within organisations.
So the idea that we can't reach those people on FB is out-dated... the question is whether they're in the right mindset when you reach them or not. Definitely worth an experiment!
