The above photo is of me in Sukhothai. Sukhothai was the first capital of the Kingdom of Siam 800 years ago. It's about 300km south of Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I live. The old city of Sukhothai Historical Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and really worth checking out by bicycle.

I've just got back from a three day mini holiday visiting various places south of Chiang Mai. (I'm so lucky and I'm very, very grateful. I'm not American so I don't really do Thanksgiving – I've only just found out what it means. Anyway, I try to be like it's Thanksgiving everyday!!).
