Yasmine, thanks for a great post! I have just realized that I really need to move from my sofa where I often work.
Idea about changing coffee shops works great for me because some of ht e places around have great sandwiches and other have better desserts:) But on days when I have to be very productive I go to the library, it works the best for me.
