What it takes to take off in business: 12 quick questions.

You have been given all the tools necessary in life & business to be successful, is there any tool that you don't have? Here is a checklist to help you a little.

1. Do you have sharp and crisp thinking? intelligence?

If you have the basic intelligence you are ready to plan and get ahead with your business, if you are very smart take the most advantage of this.

2. Do you have imagination?

If you suffer from a lot of imagination, you are a very lucky person, use this to your advantage, you are gifted and it will serve you well in every aspect of business.

3. Do you have honesty?

One of the main reasons that businesses don't strive is because they lack honesty. You cannot fool a customer, they sense when they are being cheated or charged excessive amounts. At the slightest sense of being cheated, the customer will not comeback unless he has to.

4. Do you have profitability in mind?

This is one of my first tasks, pull out your calculator and figure out what the return on investment will be. I come across different business ideas everyday, some are more profitable, some have greater growth potential, some require less capital to invest, some have less regulation, etc. Pull out your calculator and figure out if it will workout for you.

5. Do you have any business ideas?

This is one of the questions I always ask people, friends and family. If you can come up with ideas, or get ideas from others, great!!

6. Do you have basic or advanced marketing skills?

You don't need a lot of marketing skills to have a successful business. There is a big lack basic marketing skills among small business in todays market. You can use sites like Vistaprint, Shopify, or Wix to create amazing websites using only simple computer skills. Your company name, logo, business cards & colors have to be professional and outstanding. All you need is a little imagination.

7. Are you competitive?

Some have it and some don't, if you have this, it is one of the best tools for business, period.

8. Are you physically healthy?

If you are healthy enough, you have another important tool for success, no excuse.

9. Are you confident in your skills?

Confidence in business is very undervalued. If you are confident of your skills you're bound for success.

10. Do you have vision?

Vision is another very simple skill but very important. If you are able to visualize how things will look, what the future will be like, you will be able to plan for every possible scenario that business throws at you.

11. Do you have capital?

You have to figure this one out. There is an incredible amount of smart and driven people without capital. This is one that the more you have the more your chances of success. If you don't have any start saving.

12. Do you have action?

Without  actions you can do nothing." In life, to be different, you must "be" different. "Don't let your dreams just roll by, go get it. Reality becomes real only after you act, if you don't, you will die wishing. A defeat in a war is honorable if you die fighting, but a coward dies in his knees and that is not honorable.
