There must be a product or service rendered for a firm to be called a MLM business.
There must be a lead generation to make for duplication of success ...

Sponsoring is what makes the MLM business grow.
It involves a willingness to help anyone you introduce into the business build a stable business of their own (Team).
Making a commitment to those you sponsor to work with and succeed with them.
Teaching those you sponsor ALL you know about the business to enable them build organisations of their own.
Most importantly, the company you partner with must be duly certified to operate the MLM business both in their home country and the host country.
They should be liable to sue and be sued.

“Why we want you to be rich” one book, one message but authored by two great men whose lives depicts their message.
Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump educate the reader about the "Cashflow Quadrant" theory, classifying individuals into categories of investor, self-employed, business owner, or employee. The authors explains the advantages and disadvantages of each category. Kiyosaki emphasises a different mind-set required for their view of success: "When Donald and I think about working hard, while we both work hard individually, we mostly think about other people working hard for us to help make us rich."
While statements like the one above are good intentions and very commendable, you would agree with me that it is not in the character of every employer to imbibe this principle..
Most employers would not even spare a thought along this line.
So it behoves you to answer your father’s name by thinking for yourself and your future.
One major factor in wealth creation is the place of the mind.
A different mind-set is always required for a major shift to happen. It is not a mere wish, it is a deliberate alignment.
